What you'll do and what we offer

Your responsibilities will include:

• The purpose of the Engineering Manager role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the team and provide hands-on contribution to the technical tasks
• As a Engineering Manager you are accountable for the team’s successful delivery of quality software that delivers the scope that is agreed with the Product Organization
• You lead by example. You willguide, support andcoach the team to hit our targets as well as help your staff become to stretch and become the best version of themselves.
• You assure that multiple needs are well balanced. This includes the business perspective, the team’s needs, design best practices, quality objectives and helping balance experience levels
• You work with the team to identify and solve problems in the development process. Be it on the decision making, risk mitigation or process execution.

Tech Stack needed: Java, Angular, Micronaut, Kafka, Crossplane, Flux, AWS, Azure.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Ability to combine team management with tech work
• Has hands-on experience in their domain and continues to contribute to the technical tasks as a developer, architect, tester, or within other delivery/engineering domain
• Having a synchronization mindset which includes: Stakeholder identification, Making sure the team is properly aligned and connected, Establishing necessary touchpoints
