Whistleblower Procedure

We have developed a Whistleblower Procedure for Poland – a procedure used for reporting legal violations and subsequent actions, which outlines the principles for creating an internal reporting channel and procedures for handling reports. The reporting system allows for safe and easy reporting of irregularities, ensuring thorough investigation and protection against retaliation, reprisal, discrimination, or any other form of unfair treatment.
